We have diamond blades for fine cutting of gress-porcelain, terracotta and faience, with a thin thickness of metal body and factory reinforced with flanges, with a segment thickness of 1.2 mm. and 1.4 mm. for fine cutting of gress-porcelain and porcelain without chipping.

We offer special stones for sharpening diamond blades because, depending on the technology and content of the gress-porcelain tiles, it "smudge" the working part of the diamond segment in the process of work and requires so-called. sharpening ie. cleaning of the segment to open the diamond grains and restore normal performance of the blade. The frequency of sharpening depends on the nature of the gress-porcelain tiles (material). The thinner of the diamond segment, the less likely it's to "smudge" the working part of the diamond segment.
