COVER JOINT / working joint, cover type, made of natural aluminum, to withstand vertical loads due to pressure in large buildings or complexes. The cover joint is placed on existing surfaces, above the gap between two separated surfaces with a distance of 50 mm. and is mounted on one side at intervals of 35 cm.. For the movement of forklifts up to 30 kN and cargo trucks up to 600 kN.

The floor profile is designed for heavy vehicular traffic areas and can meet displacements in 2 directions. Steel plate is embedded in molded natural rubber with vulcanization process. Wall thickness of steel plates vary from 3 to 16 mm depending on the profile 

height and other characteristics inquired. And the profile is available up to 600 mm width.  Rubber cover reduces the sound caused by vehicles and also protects the profile against deformation. The profile ensures a smooth and non-skid transmission across the gaps 

and helps to minimize the risk of tripping hazards. Profile can easily be installed by means of steel anchors.
